Gratuity
It is customary to offer a gratuity upon check out to the person who provided you with a service. We suggest 18-20% of the price of service you received. (Please note: A 18% gratuity will be added to all combined services.)Assistance with Making an Appointment

No cash refunds. All sales are final.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, and must be presented at time of service. Gift certificates lost, stolen or used without authorization are non-refundable, non-replaceable nor valid. Expires 2 years from date of purchase.

You may request a specific gender massage therapist and/or aesthetician when booking an appointment. All Spa employees are trained to respect the privacy of our guests and to create a comfortable relaxing environment for all. Based on your feedback we can customize your experience.Shaving
Shaving is not recommended before a Body Treatment or Men’s Facial. If you choose to shave, please shave at least four hours prior to your service.Health Problems and Comfort Level
Please notify a Heaven on Earth representative before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, or any physical ailments, or disabilities. This will prepare our staff in advance and enable us to provide the best possible Spa treatment or therapy for your specific needs. When receiving your treatment, the provider will address your needs based on your personal assessment. They will discuss with you the temperature, pressure, music, product and sequence of service they are providing. We welcome communication with us during the service; do let us know how you are feeling and what you are most enjoying. If there is anything you would like us to address specifically, please inform your provider.Spa Attire
Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for your privacy. We will provide robes and slippers for your convenience.Please leave valuables at home. Heaven On Earth is not responsible for lost or stolen jewelry or personal items.
